Job Description

We are seeking responsible and vigilant Security Guards to ensure the safety and security of the company premises, employees, visitors, and assets. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and authorize entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vendors.
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to maintain security and safety.
Maintain visitor records and gate entry registers.
Ensure proper checking of bags, materials, and vehicles when required.
Report suspicious activities, incidents, or security breaches immediately.
Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
Ensure safety protocols and company policies are followed.
Coordinate with management during emergencies or investigations.
Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems, if applicable.
Maintain discipline and order within the premises.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass.
Prior experience as a Security Guard preferred.
Physically fit and alert.
Basic communication and observation skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Honest, disciplined, and punctual.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of basic safety and emergency procedures.
Experience in handling visitors and maintaining records.
Ability to respond quickly in critical situations.
