Key Responsibilities:
Manage bookings through GDS (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre)
Process refunds and cancellations accurately
Address post-booking queries and customer concerns
Resolve complaints and social media escalations professionally
Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of issues.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 6+ years of experience. We are looking for an experienced professional skilled in GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre. The candidate should have strong knowledge of refunds, cancellations, post-booking support, and handling customer escalations including social media-based issues.
