We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused HR & Admin Executive to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for freshers who want hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, and Office Administration.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Pan-India hiring through job portals, referrals & social media

• Resume screening & initial telephonic interviews

• Interview coordination with hiring managers

• End-to-end onboarding, documentation & induction

Employee Experience

• First point of contact for employee queries & concerns

• Support employee lifecycle activities (confirmation, transfers, exits)

• Employee engagement initiatives, celebrations & wellness programs

• HR policy communication & implementation

Office Administration

• Daily office operations & facility management

• Vendor coordination (housekeeping, stationery, pantry, etc.)

• Meeting coordination & asset tracking

• Admin records, invoices & compliance documentation
