Job Description:-
We are looking for an International Travel Sales Consultant for our client place based at Gurugram, Haryana. As a International Travel Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling travel packages and services to clients. Your primary goal is to understand clients' travel needs and preferences, providing them with the best travel options available to create memorable experiences. You'll work closely with clients to tailor travel plans, from flights and accommodation to tours and activities.
Role & Responsibilities:-
· Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs.
· Provide detailed information about travel destinations, products, and options.
· Create and sell personalized travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends and regulations.
· Handle bookings, cancellations, and modifications of travel arrangements.
· Achieve sales targets and contribute to team sales performance.
· Deliver exceptional customer service and foster long-term client relationships.
· Assist clients in resolving any travel-related issues or concerns.
Preferred Candidate Profile:-
· Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the travel industry.
· Strong knowledge of various travel destinations and products especially internationally.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients effectively.
· Outstanding customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable travel experiences.
