Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in property selection, and closing sales while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and online platforms\
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential or commercial properties
Arrange and conduct property site visits with clients
Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business
Follow up with prospects and convert them into successful sales
Coordinate with internal teams and developers for smooth deal closure
Maintain and update client database and sales reports
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong sales and persuasion abilities
Basic knowledge of real estate market is preferred
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
