Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a B2C Travel Sales professional, located in New Delhi. The primary responsibilities include managing travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and handling business travel needs. The individual will interact with clients to ensure their travel needs are met efficiently and create customized travel plans as per their requirements. Additionally, the role entails ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining detailed travel records, and staying updated with travel regulations and policies.
Key Responsibility
Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from individual customers (calls, emails, WhatsApp, etc.)
Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate travel packages
Convert leads into bookings by offering personalized travel solutions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Promote upselling and cross-selling (e.g., insurance, hotel upgrades, activities)
Maintain accurate records of interactions and bookings using CRM or sales tools
Respond quickly to customer queries with clarity and professionalism
