Job Title: Travel Experience Specialist – International Packages

Location: Delhi (On-site)

Role Description

We are looking for a Travel Experience Specialist – International Packages to join our team in Delhi. In this role, you will plan and manage international travel itineraries, assist clients with bookings for flights, hotels, and other travel services, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. You will also coordinate with vendors and provide prompt support to resolve client queries.

Key Responsibilities

Design and customize international travel packages based on client requirements
Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, visas, and travel insurance
Communicate with clients to understand travel preferences and budget
Coordinate with vendors and partners for smooth travel arrangements
Provide excellent customer support before, during, and after travel
Manage multiple bookings and ensure timely confirmations

Qualifications

Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management, including itinerary creation and package planning
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for client interaction and issue resolution
Experience managing Business Travel and catering to varied client demands
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple bookings and schedules
Knowledge of international travel requirements, including visas and travel insurance
Proficiency in using travel booking software and systems is advantageous
Relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry is highly preferred
A degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
