Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Actively call prospective and existing customers to sell loan products like Personal Loans, Business Loans, or Loans Against Property (LAP).
Lead Generation/Sales: Convert leads into closed loans by explaining benefits and guiding them through the application process.
Document Collection: Assist customers with basic documentation requirements and ensure timely submission to the credit team.
Relationship Management: Maintain professional communication and handle client objections effectively.
Target Achievement: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the organization.
