•• Making outbound calls to generate leads, explain products/services, and close sales while handling inbound queries, focusing on meeting targets, maintaining customer data in CRM systems, and building customer relationships through effective communication and persuasion.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calls: Contact potential and existing customers to pitch products/services.

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new prospects for sales.

• Sales & Closing: Present benefits, handle objections, and convert calls into sales.

• Customer Service: Answer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product info.

• Data Management: Accurately log interactions and update customer records in CRM.

• Follow-ups: Nurture leads through subsequent calls.

• Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly sales goals. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Communication: Clear, persuasive, and active listening skills.

• Persuasion: Ability to influence decisions and handle objections.

• Technical: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.

• Soft Skills: Resilience, multitasking, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

• Education: High school diploma often required; experience in sales/customer service is a plus.
