Key Responsibilities:
Ø Make outbound calls to potential students and working professionals to promote, explain, and create interest in the company’s immigration and education services.
Ø Handle incoming calls from students and clients; provide accurate information, clarify queries, and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
Ø Maintain and update student/client records in the company database with a high level of accuracy and completeness.
Ø Conduct regular follow-ups with leads, prospects, and existing students to ensure service satisfaction and address any pending issues.
Ø Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and meet performance KPIs as set by the company.
Ø Stay updated on all company services, processes, and offerings to ensure clear and effective communication with potential clients.
Ø Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
Ø Adhere to company communication guidelines, policies, and ethical sales practices at all times.
Ø Encourage and schedule students to visit the office and meet with counsellors for detailed guidance and consultation.
Ø Convert leads into walk-ins and successful appointments with counsellors.
Ø Maintain daily call logs, reports, and follow-up records for management review.
Ø Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, or promotional events by inviting potential students.
Ø Coordinate with counsellors, sales teams, and administrative staff to ensure smooth lead handling and conversions.
Ø Provide feedback to the management on recurring student concerns or improving communication scripts.
Ø Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales skills, and communication techniques.
Ø Work closely with marketing teams to support campaigns, promotions, and lead-generation activities.
Ø Ensure compliance with data privacy standards while handling student/client information.
Ø Maintain a professional tone, active listening, and empathy to build rapport with callers.
Ø Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned as per the role from time to time.
