We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The role involves connecting with prospective clients, generating leads, and fixing appointments for property site visits. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to convert inquiries into qualified prospects.
Make outbound calls to potential clients and handle inbound inquiries.
Explain property details, features, and project highlights to prospective buyers.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to ensure conversions.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Keep accurate records of conversations and client feedback.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
Proven experience as a Telecaller/Customer Service Executive/Sales Executive (real estate experience is an advantage).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
