Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company services.

• Generate qualified leads and share them with the sales team.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to convert them into active customers.

• Update customer details, call status, and progress reports in the CRM system.

• Meet daily/weekly calling targets and achieve lead generation goals.

• Provide accurate information to customers and resolve basic queries.

• Assist the sales team with documentation, data entry, and other support activities.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services.

• Maintain professional communication and build long-term customer relationships.

• Work closely with the team to improve calling scripts and lead quality.
