Job Description

We are looking for a Academic Counsellor to join our team at 4Achievrs LLP. the company is serving the Nation since 2016. having branches in Noida, Delhi, Mohali, Dehradun, Mumbai, Middle East and U.S.A. serving This role involves acquiring new candidates and driving business growth, building relationships with candidates and must be coming from software courses selling background, need to achieving sales targets. Identifying right candidate pitching software courses like Java, Python, Fullstacks, Data science, Data analytic ,DevOps ,Digital marketing etc. ensuring candidats satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹30000(based on your interview and past salary) along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify the right requirement of the candidates and accordingly serv the best Training in Technology .
Present, promote, and sell course to potential candidates effectively, and follow thme up for future business with them.
Must be actively do market research to understand the candidate needs and industry trends in IT sector .
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.
Prepare engaging presentations to highlight course benefits.
Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 2 years of experience in Ed Tech Sales,Strong communication skills and IT courses selling background, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. must be proven sales track record. Proficiency in Computer Knowledge, Convincing Skills, fluent in English, knowledge of Software courses communication skills is an added advantage.
