• Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable products/services.

• Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.

• Handle customer queries, objections, and feedback efficiently.

• Share information with the field sales team for further action if required.

• Assist in marketing campaigns or surveys via tele calling.
