Key Responsibilities:

✔ Handle inbound & outbound calls

✔ Resolve customer queries & complaints

✔ Ensure customer satisfaction & maintain records

✔ Work with the team to achieve process targets

Requirements:

✨ Prior customer support/voice process experience preferred

✨ Willing to work rotational shifts
