We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving monthly sales targets.---Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and client meetings.Generate leads through various channels (online portals, referrals, site visits, etc.).Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients.Negotiate and close deals to achieve individual and team targets.Maintain CRM data and follow up with prospects regularly.Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities.Ensure excellent after-sales service and client relationship management.
