Job Summary:
BOP Group is seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, driving sales, and aligning meetings with prospective buyers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, client-handling abilities, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle sales inquiries and convert prospects into customers.
Manage and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Coordinate and align meetings between clients and the sales/closing team.
Understand client requirements and present suitable real estate options.
Conduct follow-ups and ensure timely client engagement.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and conversions.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Required Skills:
