Collection Executive

We are looking for a Collection Executive to join our team at Naman Finlease Pvt Ltd (Zepto Finance).

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers (via phone, email, message) to remind and collect overdue loan payments.

• Negotiate and convince customers to make payments as per agreed terms.

• Maintain detailed records of collection efforts, customer commitments, and payment status.

• Coordinate with the accounts and credit departments for accurate updates on payment receipts.

• Identify defaulters and initiate recovery procedures as per company policy.

• Handle customer queries and issues related to loan repayment.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, legal, and regulatory requirements.

• Achieve individual and team collection targets (bucket-wise).

• Report daily collection progress and delinquency trends to the Collection Head.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Persuasive and target-driven attitude

• Knowledge of loan products and recovery procedures.

• Integrity, patience, and problem-solving ability

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in collections, preferably in NBFC, bank, or microfinance sectors

Work Type:

• Full-time

Performance Indicators:

• Recovery rate (45 % out of total allocation)

• Reduction in delinquency (DPD)

• Customer satisfaction and compliance adherence
