· Lead, manage and motivate a team member to achieve monthly sales targets.
· Handle client inquiries, conduct site visits and support team members in deal closures.
· Allocate leads effectively and ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
· Monitor team performance and prepare detailed sales reports.
· Ability to work independently and as well as collaboratively.
· Train and guide team members on sales strategies, project knowledge and customer handling.
· Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
· Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities and promotional campaigns.
· Stay updated with market trends, competitive projects and pricing strategies.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Strong negotiation and closing skills.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Understanding of real estate laws and market dynamics.
