Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

Make outbound calls to mutual fund distributors and registered intermediaries to promote mutual fund products and initiatives.  Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure consistent engagement and loyalty.  Educate and update distributors about new product offerings, schemes, NAV trends, and sales campaigns.  Identify opportunities to increase Mutual fund sales through distributor channels.  Track and follow up on distributor queries, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer experience. Maintain accurate and updated records of all communications in the CRM system.  Stay informed about industry trends and mutual fund regulations to provide accurate information to partners.

Requirements  Education: Any Graduate / Any Postgraduate  Experience: Min 1 year of Call center experience preferably in Mutual Fund Industry or any Banking or financial products  Certification: NISM Certification (added advantage)  Languages: Excellent English, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu & Malayalam (English with any two regional languages preferred)  Skills: o Excellent Communication Skills o Strong interpersonal & listening skills o Customer-first approach with patience & professionalism o Willingness to learn & grow
