Job Description

Job Title: E-commerce Back Office – Voice Process

Location: Marathahalli (Smartworks)

Work Schedule: 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Off

Shift Timing: Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM

Eligibility Criteria

Graduates only
Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO Voice process (mandatory)
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

Selection Process

Candidates must clear the following assessments:

VERSANT – Voice (VETI 4)
SHL Assessment Bundle – 54
Typing Test – 30 WPM with 85% accuracy
Voice Assessment (English & Hindi)

Salary & Benefits

Freshers: ₹23,000 CTC (Monthly)
Experienced (1+ Year): ₹26,500 CTC (Monthly)
Joining Bonus: ₹4,000 (Payable after 60 days)
Applicable only for experienced candidates
Valid for January batches
