Agrim Superstar is our gig worker program aimed at empowering individuals to earn by onboarding agri-retailers onto the Agrim platform. Superstars are the backbone of our growth, creating real impact while building scalable local networks. 

 

Role: Team Lead – Superstar Program 

 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead, mentor, and train a team of Superstars to drive onboarding of agri-retailers on the platform. 

  • Hire and grow a local team of Superstars, ensuring they achieve targets and maximize success. 

  • Drive performance, track metrics, and ensure consistent growth in your region. 

  • Collaborate with the central strategy and operations team to implement strategies and share insights for growth. 

Who We’re Looking For: 

  • Proven experience in sales, field operations, or team management (experience in company sales is a plus). 

  • Strong leadership and people management skills – ability to inspire and coach a team. 

  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about empowering others. 

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. 

 

CTC: ₹5 LPA (Fixed + Variable). Target based incentives
