Sales Executive

Role Overview:
The B2C Sales Executive in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector is responsible for driving direct-to-consumer sales, enhancing customer experience, and promoting products to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell F&B products directly to customers through various channels (in-store, online, events, etc.)

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally

• Maintain product knowledge, including ingredients, pricing, and promotions

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery

• Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation (if applicable)

• Maintain records of sales activities and prepare reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in sales (F&B preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused with a sales-driven mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools

• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in retail or direct consumer sales

• Knowledge of F&B industry trends

• Upselling and cross-selling techniques
