We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tech Sales Expert to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a critical role in driving lead generation and client acquisition for our AI- powered solutions. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to identify and engage potential clients, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals to help scale our innovative offerings.
· Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Develop and implement innovative strategies for lead generation across multiple channels, including email, LinkedIn, and other platforms, with a focus on reaching prospective clients who can benefit from AI-driven solutions.
· Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and tailoring VCS’s solutions to address those needs effectively.
· Sales Funnel Management: Oversee the progression of leads through the sales funnel, ensuring smooth transitions between stages and ultimately closing sales in alignment with targets.
· Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to refine sales strategies, optimize the customer acquisition process, and align product offerings with client needs.
· Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the capabilities and benefits of VCS’s AI solutions, aligning the conversation with client goals and pain points.
· Sales Metrics & Reporting: Continuously track sales progress, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights to meet or exceed revenue targets. Regularly report on sales activities and outcomes to leadership.
· Market & Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, ensuring that client recommendations and strategies are always based on the latest developments.
· A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in tech sales, lead generation, or a related field, preferably within AI, SaaS, or fintech industries.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.
· Proficiency with sales automation tools, CRM platforms, and lead management systems, with a proven ability to streamline sales processes and increase efficiency.
· A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
· Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.
· A strong passion for AI technologies and a keen understanding of how they can drive business transformation and innovation.
