Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to drive business growth through effective lead generation, client engagement, and conversion. The ideal candidate should be proactive, confident, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment. Experience in the bag manufacturing industry or related product categories will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation:

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through online research, referrals, networking, and industry databases.

• Maintain and update the lead pipeline on a regular basis.

• Client Communication & Follow-ups:

• Engage with potential customers over phone, email, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.

• Provide product information, samples, quotations, and customized solutions based on requirements.

• Sales Conversion:

• Drive the full sales cycle—from initial contact to negotiation and closing deals.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, corporate clients, and institutional buyers.

• Understand client needs and coordinate with the production team for order fulfilment.

• Market Research:

• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.

• Provide feedback to management on customer demands and new business opportunities.

• Reporting:

• Prepare and present sales reports, lead conversion data, and market insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

• 1–4 years of sales experience (FMCG, bags, textiles, accessories, or manufacturing sector preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple clients and follow structured sales processes.

• Proficiency with MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Preferred Requirements

• Prior experience in bag manufacturing, accessories, luggage, fashion, or textile industry.

• Ability to understand product specifications, materials, and customization concepts.
