Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager to develop and expand our distribution and retail network in the Mumbai and Thane region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and appoint new distributors and dealers in assigned territory
• Build and expand retail network for USB cables and mobile chargers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and retailers
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
• Plan and execute sales strategies to increase market share
• Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong sales and relationship management ability
• Basic understanding of mobile accessories market (preferred)
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to travel within Mumbai & Thane region
• Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Experience:
• 2–5 years in sales (Computers/ Mobile Accessories / Distribution preferred)
Salary & Benefits:
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
