• Promote and sell Airtel Xstream Fiber broadband connections in assigned areas.

Handle both online and offline• leads and convert them into sales.

• Visit potential customers, explain broadband plans and benefits.

• Ensure timely installation and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain daily sales reports and achieve assigned targets.

• Build and maintain relationships for renewals and referrals.

• Qualification: Graduate (any stream)

• Experience: Freshers or candidates with field sales / telecom background preferred

• Skills: Good communication, convincing ability, and customer service attitude
