Job Opening – Associate Manager (Acquisition Household / Current Account)

Position: Associate Manager – Acquisition Household / Current Account (AM-HH / AM-CA)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary / CTC

AM – Household (HH): Up to ₹4.60 LPA
- Age Limit: Below 28 years
AM – Current Account (CA): Up to ₹5.15 LPA
- Age Limit: Below 30 years

Job Responsibilities

Acquire new Household / Current Account customers for the bank.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking.
Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
Promote bank products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, and other banking solutions.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in banking sales / CASA / financial products preferred.
Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
Willing to work in field sales.
