Key Responsibilities

Conduct individual and group career counseling sessions
Assess candidates using aptitude, interest, and personality tools
Guide students on:
- Career options
- Course selection
- Higher education & certifications
- Job-oriented programs
Provide resume guidance, interview preparation, and career planning
Maintain student records, counseling notes, and progress reports
Coordinate with training, placement, and academic teams
Stay updated with industry trends, job markets, and emerging careers
Conduct career seminars, workshops, and orientation programs
Handle parent counseling where required
Support admissions and enrollment counseling (if applicable)
