Job Purpose:
To generate new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and promote QFS certification services through field sales and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct cold calls and maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
· Handle communication through emails and chat platforms.
· Perform data searching, lead identification, and database updating.
· Coordinate with clients and internal teams to support the sales cycle.
· Maintain proper records of interactions and client information.
· Visit clients when required to support sales discussions and relationship building.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Good product understanding (ISO Certifications & Consultancy).
Basic social media marketing awareness.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Preferred: Marketing / Business Administration).
1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing.
