Job Summary:

Seeking a detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support sales operations, marketing activities, and data management. The role involves handling CRM data, preparing reports, coordinating marketing tasks, and assisting in customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage data entry of leads, inquiries, and customer details in CRM/ERP systems.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales & MIS reports.

• Coordinate meetings, proposals, and documentation (quotations, invoices, etc.).

• Support digital marketing activities and vendor coordination.

• Handle customer follow-ups, updates, and basic inquiries.
  

Key Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office, CRM/ERP tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot).

• Good communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
