We are seeking a high-energy Sales and Marketing Specialist who loves food, technology, and people. In this hybrid role, you will be the face of Foodie QR. You will be responsible for acquiring new restaurant partners (Sales) and building our brand presence online and offline (Marketing).
If you are a self-starter who isn't afraid to walk into a restaurant to pitch a product or jump on social media to create a viral post, this role is for you.
1. B2B Sales & Business Development
Prospecting: Identify and research potential restaurant, cafe, and hotel partners in target areas.
Pitching: conduct product demonstrations (in-person and virtual) to restaurant owners and managers to showcase the value of Foodie QR.
Closing: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and onboarding.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell new features.
2. Marketing & Brand Awareness
Social Media Management: Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to attract restaurant owners.
Content Creation: Draft case studies, email newsletters, and sales collateral that highlight success stories.
Events: Represent Foodie QR at food festivals, industry meetups, and networking events.
Market Research: Stay updated on trends in the "Food-Tech" and HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) sectors to keep our offering competitive.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development. (Experience selling to restaurants or working in the hospitality industry is a huge plus).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You can explain technical concepts simply.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, social media schedulers, and Google Workspace.
Grit: You are resilient, persistent, and result-oriented. You view a "no" as just a step closer to a "yes."
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
