Job Title: Visa Counsellor / Student Visa & Coaching Counsellor

Handle student visa & visitor visa inquiries (walk-in, calls, WhatsApp, leads).
Guide students for IELTS / PTE / Spoken English course inquiries.
Communicate clearly in good English (understand + speak).
Explain visa/coaching process properly and solve client queries.
Do client counselling, convincing, follow-up, and convert inquiries into admissions/visa file.
Lead closing with positive conversion and target-based approach.
Maintain basic records of inquiries and follow-ups.
