Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and increase market share.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

• Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and promotional execution.

• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports for senior management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and trade terms.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

• Minimum 5–7 years of FMCG sales experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Strong understanding of traditional and modern trade channels.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
