Sales Manager

The Real estate Sales Manager at Omana Properties will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing effective sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• Minimum 2–6 years of experience in real estate sales (managerial experience preferred).

• Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• Good understanding of real estate market trends and customer behavior.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
