Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, and supply chain services.

• Conduct regular field visits to meet potential and existing clients.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

• Generate leads through cold calling, client visits, networking, and market research.

• Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.

• Understand clients’ logistics needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and service feedback.

Market & Competitor Analysis

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and industry developments.

• Share insights to help refine service offerings and pricing strategies.

Coordination & Documentation

• Coordinate with operations, customer service, and management to ensure smooth execution of shipments.

• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance reviews.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
