Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients to generate leads and follow up on inquiries.
Coordinate with the dealer and distributor network for order status, requirements, and relationship management.
Maintain and regularly update sales data, client details, and follow-up records in Google Sheets.
Track daily calling activities, inquiries, and conversions, and share regular reports with the sales team.
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and basic sales documentation.
Follow up with dealers for payments, dispatch details, and stock availability.
Maintain proper records of samples, catalogues, and client communications.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Experience in client calling, sales coordination, or tele-calling.
Working knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, tracking).
Ability to manage dealer networks and handle multiple follow-ups efficiently.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience in the building material / flooring industry will be an added advantage.
Comfortable with daily calling and follow-up activities.
