Position: Business Development Executive (Solar)

Role Overview:
Responsible for driving sales growth for residential and commercial solar projects through lead generation, customer interaction, and coordination with technical teams. The role requires strong communication skills and a basic understanding of solar solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads for solar rooftop projects.

  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable solar solutions.

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close sales.

  • Coordinate with technical/operations teams for smooth project handover.

  • Maintain CRM records, sales data, and customer documentation.

  • Explain system capacity, pricing, and timelines to clients.

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and build customer relationships.

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of residential and commercial solar solutions.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • Ability to explain technical concepts simply.

  • Customer-focused, target-oriented approach.

  • Basic MS Excel and CRM knowledge.

Qualifications:
