Position: Business Development Executive (Solar)
Role Overview:
Responsible for driving sales growth for residential and commercial solar projects through lead generation, customer interaction, and coordination with technical teams. The role requires strong communication skills and a basic understanding of solar solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads for solar rooftop projects.
Understand customer needs and propose suitable solar solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close sales.
Coordinate with technical/operations teams for smooth project handover.
Maintain CRM records, sales data, and customer documentation.
Explain system capacity, pricing, and timelines to clients.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and build customer relationships.
Skills Required:
Knowledge of residential and commercial solar solutions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts simply.
Customer-focused, target-oriented approach.
Basic MS Excel and CRM knowledge.
Qualifications:
Graduated in any discipline.
1.5–3 years of sales/business development experience (solar industry preferred).
Willing to travel for meetings and site visits.
Must be based in Delhi.
