We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at Maeva Hotels & Resorts.

Research and identify new corporate, leisure, and event client opportunities in the market.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients through consistent communication and follow-ups.
Promote hotel and resort offerings — including stays, banquets, weddings, and corporate events — aligning them with client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings and event deliveries.
Monitor industry and local market trends to develop competitive sales strategies.
Provide regular reports, feedback, and insights to the management team to support decision-making.
Minimum qualification: Post Graduate (Master’s Degree) with at least 5 years of proven experience in hospitality or service-based sales.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management abilities.
