Job title— Sales Manager.

Salary range— 35 k to 40 k

Experience 5+ years

Roles & Responsibilities—

1.     Need to formulate strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets.

2.     It is the one who decides the future course of action for his team members.

3.     It is the sales manager’s duty to map potential customers and generate leads for the organization by the team.

4.     Motivating team members and to ensure her team is delivering desired results. Supervision is essential. Track their performances. Make sure each one  is living up to the expectations of the organization. Ask them to submit a report of what all they have done throughout the week or month.

5.     Able to handle pressure for achieving targets

6.     Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition Team handling also

7.     Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets

Competency—generates sales skills, leadership skills and abilities along with outstanding communication.

Expected hours of work—full time

              Preferred education—Graduation
