KRA's

  • Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets

  • Make daily outbound sales calls

  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings

  • Follow up on leads regularly

  • Upsell travel add-ons (insurance, meals, hotels, packages)

  • Handle inbound telephonic inquiries

  • Maintain call logs & CRM updates

  • Share quotations via call/WhatsApp/email

  • Handle objections & close sales effectively

  • Ensure customer satisfaction & repeat bookings
