Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales:
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in international markets (e.g., US, UK, Europe, Middle East, APAC).
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for consulting, BPM, and IT services. • Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, partnerships, and industry events.
2. Client Engagement:
• Understand client pain points and propose customized solutions aligned with their business goals.
• Build long-term relationships with CEOs, decision-makers, and procurement teams.
• Lead proposal development, RFP responses, and contract negotiations.
3. Market Intelligence & Strategy:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine service offerings based on market needs.
• Provide feedback to product and delivery teams to enhance solution relevance.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with delivery, marketing, and pre-sales teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to align delivery capabilities with client expectations.
5. Reporting & Forecasting:
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
