Sales Manager

We are looking for a Relationship Manager with experience in life / health / motor insurance sales to acquire new customers, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets through effective communication and financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for insurance products.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and business objectives.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers for policy renewals and cross-selling opportunities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and post-sale services.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, competitors and market trends.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

• Should be a graduate / post graduate.

• 2–4 years of experience in life or motor or health insurance sales, bancassurance or agency channels.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Customer-focused attitude with a high level of integrity.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
