Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and boost jeans pant sales in our store. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, fashion knowledge, and the ability to motivate the team to achieve monthly targets.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and train sales staff to improve performance

• Handle customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction

• Plan and execute in-store promotions and offers

• Maintain inventory and coordinate with suppliers

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals

• Prepare sales reports and analyze business growth

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail or fashion sales

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Good knowledge of denim trends and fitting styles

• Basic computer knowledge (billing, reporting)

• Qualification: 12th pass or graduate preferred
