We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our automobile sales operations at Uppal, Hyderabad. The candidate should have a proven track record in achieving sales targets, managing teams, and developing new business opportunities in the automobile sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective team management.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.

• Manage and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and corporate clients.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

• Coordinate with marketing and service departments to improve customer experience.

• Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management.

Requirements:

1. Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

2. Minimum 10 years of experience in automobile sales with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

3. Strong knowledge of automobile products and the local market.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
