Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager – Loans with 4–6 years of proven experience exclusively in the loan industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving loan sales, managing a sales team, expanding channel partnerships, and achieving monthly business targets across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Mortgage/LAP, and Vehicle Loans
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives / Relationship Managers
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Develop and maintain relationships with DSA partners, builders, brokers, and referral channels
Ensure proper login, documentation, and coordination with credit and operations teams
Monitor daily MIS, productivity, and pipeline movement
Conduct field visits and support team closures
Ensure compliance with company policies and lender guidelines
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of loan products and credit processes
Proven ability to handle team management and target achievement
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of DSA sourcing and channel sales
Proficient in MIS reporting and basic MS Office tools
Customer-focused with problem-solving ability
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 4–6 years of experience strictly in the Loans Department
Experience in retail loans sales and team handling is mandatory
Graduation required (MBA/PG preferred)
Must be target-oriented with strong market exposure
