Job Title: Sales Executive
Company: Vplak
Location: Sector 48, Gurugram
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Fixed)
Incentives: High Monthly Incentives Based on Performance (₹10,000 to ₹60,000+)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Handling & Conversion:

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads efficiently.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend best-fit electronic products.

  • Achieve high conversion rates while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

  • Handle queries professionally through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

• Sales Target Achievement:

  • Work toward meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Maximize incentives through consistent performance.

• Product Knowledge & Upselling:

  • Stay updated on product specifications, pricing, and market trends.

  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant accessories.

• Order Processing & Coordination:

  • Coordinate with operations and logistics for order confirmation and dispatch.

  • Ensure smooth end-to-end order management.

• Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate sales records & update CRM/Excel sheets daily.

  • Submit daily sales reports and pipeline updates to the management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (any stream).

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, retail sales, or e-commerce sales.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong follow-up and target-oriented mindset.

  • Knowledge of Excel, CRM tools, or sales systems is an added advantage.

  • High energy, positive attitude, and passion for sales.
