Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through fieldwork, cold calling, and networking.

Schedule and conduct site visits with potential clients.

Understand client requirements and provide property options accordingly.

Follow up with clients regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and close deals.

Maintain knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with back-end teams for documentation and customer service.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
