Required Qualifications

• Acceptable: Any Graduate with relevant channel sales experience
Experience & Industry Background
• 2–5 years of experience in channel sales or territory development
• Background in building materials industry (AAC, cement, tiles, adhesives, etc.) preferred
• Knowledge of dealer/channel ecosystem and local territory
We are seeking proactive and entrepreneurial field sales professionals to drive Ramyoz’s AAC division growth through channel development and market visibility. The role involves expanding the dealer network, engaging site engineers and contractors, and boosting retail-level brand recognition. This is an excellent opportunity for hands-on field professionals looking to advance in channel development and project sales.
• Establish and nurture dealer/distributor networks in assigned territory
• Visit channel partners regularly to strengthen relationships and drive sales
• Execute retail visibility and promotional initiatives to enhance brand recognition
• Conduct site visits and engage with engineers, builders, and contractors to promote AAC products
• Organize product demos, mason meets, and training sessions for influencers
• Track secondary sales, ensure timely collections, and resolve dealer issues
• Share competitor intelligence and regional insights with sales leadership
• Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, commercial) for smooth operations
