• Visit residential buildings & societies to promote Airtel Xtream Fiber.

• Explain plans, features & benefits to potential customers.

• Generate leads through door-to-door visits & catchment activities.

• Collect customer documents & assist with form filling.

• Coordinate with the backend team for installation & activation.

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets.

• Represent Airtel professionally in the field.

🎓 Eligibility:

• Qualification: HSC / Graduate

• Experience: Freshers / Experienced in Telecom or Field Sales preferred

• Skills: Good communication, presentation & sales skills

💰 Salary:

• CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹29,000 per month
